摘要
目的探讨健康行为认知管理与早期功能训练对椎管狭窄术后患者功能康复的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2020年10月在我院手术的70例椎管狭窄患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组接受早期功能训练,观察组在此基础上采用健康行为认知管理。比较两组的掌握康复护理知识得分、健康行为评分及腰椎功能。结果术后3d、7 d,观察组的掌握康复护理知识得分高于对照组(P<0.05).术后3d、7 d,观察组的健康行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05).术后7d,观察组的ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康行为认知管理与早期功能训练能促进椎管狭窄术后患者掌握术后康复护理知识,遵守健康护理行为,提高腰椎功能康复效果。
Objective To explore the influence of health behavior cognitive management and early functional training on functional rehabilitation of patients after spinal stenosis surgery.Methods 70 patients with spinal stenosis surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received early functional training,and the observation group received health behavior cognitive management on this basis.The rehabilitation nursing knowledge mastery score,health behavior score and lumbar function were compared between the two groups.Results 3 days and 7 days after surgery,the rehabilitation nursing knowledge mastery scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).3 days and 7 days after surgery,the health behavior scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).7 days after surgery,the ODI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health behavior cognitive management and early functional training can promote the postoperative rehabilitation nursing knowledge mastery of patients after spinal stenosis surgery,abide by health care behavior,and improve the rehabilitation effect of lumbar function.
