摘要
目的探讨无缝对接护理对肝硬化合并上消化道出血(UGIB)患者的心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2021年10月本院收治的200例肝硬化合并UGIB患者为对象,根据入组单双顺序分为观察组(无缝对接护理)与对照组(常规护理)。比较两组心理状态及生活质量。结果观察组焦虑、抑郁、恐怖、人际关系敏感评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无缝对接护理用于肝硬化合并UGIB患者效果明显,可改善患者心态,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing on the psychological state and quality of life of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGIB).Methods 200 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with UGIB treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as subjects and were divided into observation group(seamless nursing)and control group(routine nursing)according to single and double order of enrollment.The mental state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Te scores of anxiety,depression,phobia and interpersonal sensitivity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing is effective for patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with UGIB,which can improve their mentality and quality of life.
