摘要
电流效率是铝电解生产过程中最重要的技术指标之一,能衡量电解槽的电能有效利用率,而在实际生产过程中影响电流效率的因素有很多。本文主要结合四川某铝厂320KA系列预焙铝电解槽的生产实况进行研究,主要分析两水平、电解质体系及氧化铝浓度、槽温、分子比、噪音值等对电流效率的影响,探究如何通过优化相关技术条件来提效增产。
Current efficiency is one of the most important technical indicators in the process of aluminum electrolysis production.It is to measure the effective utilization rate of electric energy in the electrolytic cell.There are many factors affecting current efficiency in the actual production process.This paper mainly analyzes and explores the production situation of 320ka series prebaked aluminum electrolytic cells in an aluminum plant in Sichuan,mainly analyzes the effects of two levels,electrolyte system and alumina concentration,cell temperature,molecular ratio and noise value on current efficiency,and explores how to improve production by optimizing relevant technical conditions.
