摘要
五味子乙素是中药五味子中的重要活性成分,属联苯环辛烯类木脂素。现代药理学研究表明,五味子乙素具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等多种药理活性,但其在提纯和检测方面受到多重因素的限制。对近年来五味子乙素的提取工艺、检测方法和药理作用的研究进展进行概述,为其进一步开发和利用提供参考。
Schisandrin B is an active dibenzocyclooctadiene lignan isolated from Schisandra chinensis.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that schisandrin B possesses various pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,and anti-tumor,but its purification and detection are limited by multiple factors.The present study reviewed the recent research on the purification,detection,and pharmacological effects of schisandrin B,aiming to provide a reference for further development and utilization of schisandrin B.
