摘要
城乡融合发展是一条城市和农村携手并进、互利共赢的发展之路.推动城乡融合发展,必须将城与乡放在一个空间框架内进行思考.该文基于“人、户、房、地、业”城乡全域全要素数据,进行数据要素提取、建库,融合分析,在此基础上,提出了规划实施路径及策略,并在服务增城城乡融合发展试验区建设进行实践,对县域级城乡的规划实施具有极大示范意义.
The integration of urban and rural development is a road of development in which cities and rural areas go hand in hand for mutual benefit and win-win results.To promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,it is necessary to think about the urban and rural areas within a spatial framework.Based on the full-element data of the entire urban and rural areas of“people,households,houses,land,and industry”,this paper conducts element extraction,database construction and fusion analysis.On this basis,it proposes planning implementation paths and strategies,and serves the integrated development of urban and rural areas in Zengcheng District.This project has great demonstrative significance for the planning and implementation of county-level.
