摘要
为了选择变换器的散热方式和进行散热器设计,准确分析并推导出采用IGBT控制的双向Buck/Boost变换器各部分损耗计算公式.结合实例,分析计算了各部分损耗值,仿真结果和实例试验结果的壳体温度值分别为73.5℃和72.6℃,二者相差极小,能够满足设计要求.证明推导的计算公式可以指导后续的散热设计.
In order to select the heat dissipation mode of the converter and design the radiator,the loss calculation formula of each part of the bi-directional buck/boost converter controlled by IGBT is accurately analyzed and deduced.Combined with an example,the loss values of each part are analyzed and calculated.The shell temperature values of the simulation results and the example test results are 73.5℃and 72.6℃respectively,and the difference between them is very small,which can meet the design requirements.It is proved that the derived calculation formula can guide the subsequent heat dissipation design.
