摘要
[目的]研究青贮竹笋下脚料的营养价值及其在湖羊饲料中的适宜添加比例。[方法]首先,在新鲜竹笋下脚料中添加麸皮和草粉进行青贮,45 d后开窖进行营养价值评定;然后,用青贮竹笋下脚料分别替代0(对照组)、10%(试验A组)、20%(试验B组)、30%(试验C组)的湖羊精料进行饲喂试验,预试期7 d,试验期30 d。[结果]青贮后结构湿润致密,pH 3.9,氨态氮含量8.93%,说明青贮品质优良;青贮后干物质含量为23.8%、粗蛋白含量为16.7%、粗纤维含量为34.8%,营养价值高于青贮玉米,与青贮苜蓿相接近;各试验组湖羊的总增重与对照组相比有所提高但差异均不显著(P>0.05),其中试验B组湖羊的平均日增重最大,为206.00 g;与对照组相比,各试验组血清总胆固醇、总蛋白及甘油三酯含量略有提高,尿素氮含量有所下降(P>0.05);各组血糖含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。[结论]该试验条件下用青贮竹笋下脚料分别替代湖羊日粮中10%、20%、30%的精料,对湖羊平均日增重及血清生化指标均无显著影响,但试验B组提高幅度最大,结合经济效益分析,青贮竹笋下脚料替代肉羊精料比例以20%为宜。
[Objective]The aim of the study was to study the nutritional value of silage bamboo shoot scraps and its optimum addition ratio in the diet of Hu Sheep.[Method]Firstly,wheat bran and grass meal were added in the fresh bamboo shoot scraps for silage,and the cellar was opened after 45 days for nutritional value assessment.Then 0,10%,20%and 30%of the concentrate of Hu Sheep were replaced by bamboo shoot scraps silage for feeding trial,with a pre-test period of 7 days and a trial period of 30 days.[Result]The silage structure was moist and compact,pH was 3.9 and ammonia-nitrogen content was 8.93%,which indicated that the silage quality was good.After silage,the contents of dry matter,crude protein and crude fiber were 23.8%,16.7%and 34.8%,respectively.The nutritional value of the silage bamboo shoot scraps was higher than that of silage corn,it was close to that of alfalfa.Compared with the control group,the total weight gain of experimental groups was increased,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The average daily weight gain of Hu Sheep in experimental group B was the largest(206.00 g).Compared with control group,the contents of serum total protein(TP),total cholesterol(T-CHO)and triglyceride(TG)in experimental groups slightly increased,but the content of urea nitrogen(BUN)decreased(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in blood glucose(GLU)content among all groups(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Under these experimental conditions,10%,20%and 30%concentrate of Hu Sheep were replaced by silage bamboo shoots scraps,which had no significant effect on the average daily weight gain and serum biochemical indices of Hu Sheep.The increasing amplitude in experimental group B was the largest.Based on the economic benefit analysis,the optimum proportion of silage bamboo shoot scraps instead of mutton concentrate was 20%.
