摘要 随着智能网联技术的快速发展,汽车ECU刷写和故障诊断需求越来越多。为了缓解刷写和故障诊断测试工具紧张的局面,开发了一款便携式刷写、诊断工具。该工具通过触摸屏进行控制及信息显示,通过LED模块和语音模块声光报警提醒用户,人机交互界面使用Qt Creator集成开发环境开发。刷写及诊断功能遵守UDS故障诊断协议,具有较强的可扩展性。传统程序刷写和故障诊断需要通过计算机进行操作,该测试工具通过OBD连接到蓄电池进行供电,能够避免实车操作出现电量不足的问题。经过多个产品的实车测试,性能稳定可靠,满足用户需求。 With the rapid development of intelligent and connected vehicle technology,the automotive electronic system is more complex,and the demand for automotive ECU Flashing and fault diagnosis is increasing.In order to alleviate the shortage of ECU Flashing and fault diagnosis test tools,a portable brush,diagnostic tool is developed.The tool controls and displays information through touch screen,alerts users through LED module and voice module’s sound and light alarm,and uses Qt Creator integrated development environment to develop human-computer interface.The brush and diagnosis function complies with the UDS fault diagnosis protocol and has strong scalability.Traditional program brushing and fault diagnosis need to be operated by computer.The test tool is connected to the battery through OBD for power supply,which can avoid the problem of insufficient power in real vehicle operation.After a number of the real car tests,this product has the stable and reliable performance to meet the needs of users.
