摘要
民族地区的职业教育具有“职业教育性”与“民族教育性”双重特殊属性。因此,民族地区职业教育发展十分关键。其文化互动胜任力理论,蕴含着民族地区职业教育价值理性层面的内涵。此次研究主要以文化互动胜任力作为理论依据,采用问卷调查及访谈方法,将云南红河州民族师范学校与云南锡业职业技术学院作为研究对象,探讨云南民族地区职业教育民族性欠缺的现实表征,为推动云南民族地区职业教育发展提供合理化的路径探索。
Vocational education in minority areas has dual special attributes of"vocational education"and"national education".Therefore,the development of vocational education in minority areas is very critical.The theory of cul-tural interaction competence contains the value rational connotation of vocational education in ethnic areas.The study is mainly based on cultural interaction competence theory,adopts questionnaire and interview method.The re-search object of the study is the Yunnan Honghe National Normal School and Yunnan Xiye Vocational and Technical College.The study discusses the reality characterization of the lack of vocational education in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan nationality so as to provide reasonable path exploration for promoting the development of vocational edu-cation in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan province.
