摘要
基础教育设施的空间均衡布局反映了城市居民拥有基础教育资源的公平程度。基于GIS空间分析技术,运用核密度分析、标准差椭圆法,并构建改进空间覆盖度模型对益阳市中心城区以乡镇街道为基本研究单元,评价分析其基础教育设施空间布局。研究发现益阳市中心城区基础教育设施呈“中心—组团、西北—东南”的空间分布特征;服务区覆盖度和重复率呈现出由老城区向外递减的特点,位于老城区各街道中小学服务区度盖度大,重复率较高;服务区效率指数和重复覆盖效率指数在乡镇街道层面上存在较大差异,老城区中小学服务区效率指数和重复覆盖效率指数均大于周边乡镇地区。
The spatial balanced layout of basic education facilities reflects the equity of urban residents in owning basic education. Based on GIS spatial analysis technology, using kernel density analysis, standard deviation ellipse method, and constructing an improved spatial coverage model, this paper evaluates and analyzes the spatial layout of basic education facilities in the central urban area of Yiyang city with township streets as the basic research unit. It is found that the basic education facilities in the downtown area of Yiyang show the spatial distribution characteristics of "center-cluster,northwest-southeast";The coverage and repetition rate of the service area show the characteristics of decreasing outward from the previous downtown area, and the service area of the primary and secondary schools located in the streets of the old city previous downtown area has a large coverage and high repetition rate;Service area efficiency index and repeated coverage efficiency index are quite different in township streets. The efficiency index and repeated coverage efficiency index of primary and secondary school service area in the previous downtown area are greater than those in the surrounding township areas.
