摘要
冬季两项运动的射击阶段是由“动”转“静”的特殊阶段,动作环节多、技术要求高、受外界环境影响大,在整个比赛中占有举足轻重的地位。探讨破解我国冬季两项运动员射击阶段效率低的薄弱环节,实现“用时少、打得准”目标的方法。针对存在的进入靶位前减速、射击阶段程序化细节弱化、射击精度与射击节奏把控不好等问题,提出缩短进入靶位前减速的调整时间,固化射击阶段程序化训练的细节,强化射击精度与射击节奏的训练等新思路、新方法、新举措,以提高射击阶段效率,为我国冬季两项射击阶段的训练提供参考。
The shooting stage of biathlon is a special stage that it is changes from"dynamic"to"static".It has many actions,high technical requirements and can be influenced greatly by the external environment.It plays an important role in the whole competition and has always been the weak link of biathlon in China.This paper mainly discusses how to better achieve the goal of"using less time and shooting accurately"in the biathlon shooting stage,so as to improve the competition efficiency,and provide some references for the training for our country's teams.
