摘要
高校图书馆作为学校的信息资源中心,在加快“双一流”建设进程中发挥着重要作用。文章通过调研“双一流”高校图书馆学科情报服务现状,明晰现存问题并提出优化策略,为高校图书馆构建全方位学科情报服务体系提供有益参考。采用文献与网络调查法,以42所“双一流”高校图书馆官方网站、官方微信公众号、官方微博等官方平台为调查对象,筛选各图书馆学科情报服务内容。研究发现,服务形式有年报、快报、双月报等,具有形式多样、发布渠道广、品牌已见雏形等特点,服务内容主要包括机构/学科竞争力分析、学科发展力分析、学者竞争力分析3类,具有较高的针对性和原创性。结合当前业务实践建立混合式学科情报服务的系统化工作流程并提出优化策略,以期为完善我国高校图书馆学科情报服务体系提供前瞻性思路。
As the information resource center of the university, the university library plays an important role in accelerating the process of “double first-class” construction.This paper investigates the current situations of subject information services in 42 “double-first-class” university libraries in China, finds existing problems and proposes optimization strategies, which provides a useful reference for university libraries to build a comprehensive subject information service system.Using literature and network survey method, this paper selects the subject information service content of 42 “double first-class” university libraries from their official websites, official WeChat public accounts, official Weibo and other official platforms.The study found that the service forms include annual reports, express reports, bi-monthly reports, etc.,which have the characteristics of various forms, wide distribution channels, and the brand has already taken shape;and subject information service content mainly includes institutional and subject competitiveness analysis, subject development analysis, and scholar competitiveness analysis, with the characteristics of strong pertinence and high originality.Combined with the current practice, the systematic work flow of the hybrid subject information service is established and the optimization strategies are put forward to provide a forward-looking ideas for improving the subject information service system of university libraries in China.
