摘要
目的通过对山东省烟台市威海市地区的30例新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称“新冠肺炎”)患者的诊治,探索新冠肺炎的病机属性和治疗方药。方法择取2020年2月~2020年3月在烟台市奇山医院ICU接受治疗的30例新冠肺炎患者为研究对象,给予辨证口服中药治疗,观察其舌象、症状的变化。结果30例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者全部治愈出院,连续两次核酸试验阴性,症状缓解。结论新冠肺炎属于瘟疫,其性质以“湿”为主,病位在肺,与脾胃密切相关,提出从太阴论治新冠肺炎。治疗以祛湿化痰、辟秽祛浊为核心,处方以达原饮合苇茎汤为主方。
Objective To explore the pathogenesis and treatment of 30 cases of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in Weihai City,bordering Yantai City,Shandong Province,China.Methods Study subjects were 30 COVID-19 cases treated in the intensive care unit of Qishan Hospital from February–March 2020.Oral treatment was administered based on symptom differentiation,and changes in symptoms and appearance of the tongue were observed.Results All 30 COVID-19 cases were cured and discharged with complete symptom relief and negative results on repeat testing.Conclusion As a plague-like infection,COVID-19 is mainly"wet"from the Taiyin perspective.The disease is located in the lung and closely related to the spleen and stomach.Taiyin-based treatment of COVID-19 is proposed as follows:clearance of damp to reduce phlegm;removal of filth and removal of turbid qi as the core treatment;and then prescription to reach the original drink,with Weijing decoction as the main prescription.
