摘要
为了调查瑞丽地区柑橘园内橘小实蝇的危害情况和发生动态,以枳壳砧冰糖橙、沃柑、爱媛、默科特、砂糖橘这5个品种为试验对象进行调查。结果表明:瑞丽地区橘小实蝇危害期长,从4月下旬一直到11月下旬均有发生,危害高峰期是6月和7月,12月至次年的3月基本没有危害;果实的受害程度与成熟期密切相关,果实成熟得越早受橘小实蝇危害越严重;所调查的5个品种中,早熟品种爱媛受害最严重,极晚熟品种沃柑不受危害。同时,比较了诱多多诱瓶、黄板、黄板+诱芯、自制诱捕器(植物蛋白水解物)4种诱捕方式对橘小实蝇的诱捕效果,结果表明:性诱剂+黄板处理,气味挥发快,能快速吸引雄性橘小实蝇,但是持效期较短,2~3 d气味消失后对橘小实蝇的诱捕能力下降,需要3 d更换一次诱芯;而诱多多诱瓶诱捕效果非常明显,且效果可持续10~15 d,具有较好的持效性;植物水解蛋白对橘小实蝇雌虫的诱捕效果强于对雄虫的诱捕效果;黄板对橘小实蝇的雌雄成虫均有一定的诱捕力。
In order to investigate the damage and occurrence dynamics of Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel in different citrus orchards in Ruili,Bingtang orange,Orah,Ehima,Murcott and Shatangju were used as research materials.The results showed that the occurrence of Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel in Ruili was mainly from late April to late November with a long harm period,the peak was in June and July,and there was little harm from December to March of the following year.Moreover,the damage degree of fruit was closely related to the mature period,and the earlier the fruit matured,the more serious damage from Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel.In the five citrus varieties surveyed,early-maturing variety Ehima suffered the most severe damage,while the very late-maturing variety Orah was not harmed.Meanwhile,the trapping effects of different trapping methods including Youduoduo trap bottle,yellow board,yellow board with trapping core and home-made trap (hydrolyzed vegetable protein) on Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel were compared,the results showed that yellow board with trapping core could attract the male Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel quickly with a rapidly volatile odor,but its duration was short.After 2-3 d,the odor disappeared and the trapping ability of yellow board with trapping core decreased,and it was necessary to replace the trapping core every 3 d.While Youduoduo trap bottle had significant trapping effect on Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel and good durability with a duration of 10-15 d.The trapping effect of hydrolyzed vegetable protein on females was stronger than that on males.The yellow board had certain trapping effects both on male and female adults of Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel.
