摘要
针对永磁同步电机匝间短路故障与局部退磁故障难以区分的问题,该文提出一种基于电机同相与异相电流幅值波动特征的故障分类诊断方法。在分析定子绕组匝间短路故障与转子局部退磁故障对电流幅值影响机理的基础上,分别提取转子旋转一周内同相电流幅值波动特征和异相电流幅值之间的波动特征,建立了故障分类诊断指示器。仿真与实验结果表明,该指示器可有效识别定子绕组匝间短路故障与转子局部退磁故障。该文提出的方法可直接嵌入永磁同步电机控制软件,不需要增加额外的传感设备,具有较好的实用价值。
For the difficulties in the classification and diagnosis of interturn short circuit fault and local demagnetization fault of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),this paper proposes a two faults discrimination method based on the in-phase and out of phase current amplitude fluctuation characteristics of PMSM.Based on the mechanism analysis of the influence of interturn short circuit fault and local demagnetization fault on phase current amplitude,the amplitude fluctuation value in the same phase current and the amplitude fluctuation value between different phases currents are extracted in one rotation cycle.The above two amplitude fluctuation values can reflect two faults difference,and the faults discrimination indicators are established.The simulation and experimental results are consistent with the mechanism analysis,which verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The method in this paper can be directly embedded in PMSM control software without additional sensing equipment,and has good practical value.
