摘要
为揭示破碎矸石充填材料在承载压缩过程中的破碎机理,提高充填材料的承载力学特性,通过破碎矸石侧限压缩试验和声发射试验,研究了承载压缩过程中破碎矸石不同应力状态下的声发射(AE)频率,揭示了破碎矸石承载压缩过程中的破碎损伤机理,分析了粉煤灰掺量对破碎矸石充填材料承载压缩率的影响,得到了最佳粉煤灰掺量。试验结果表明:随着应力逐渐增大,累计AE事件逐渐增多;在1~8 MPa的应力段,发生的AE事件数较多,矸石变形破坏比较严重;掺入粉煤灰后,充填材料承载压缩特征得到了一定程度的改善,试验条件下的粉煤灰最佳掺量为30%,其2 MPa应力下的应变为0.248,容重为18.67 kN/m^(3)。
In order to reveal the crushing mechanism of broken gangue filling material in the process of bearing compression and to improve the bearing mechanical properties of filling materials,the acoustic emission(AE)frequencies of broken gangue under different stress states in the process of bearing compression were studied through the lateral limit compression tests and acoustic emission tests on broken gangue.And the crushing damage mechanism of broken gangue in the process of bearing compression was revealed.The influence of fly ash content on the bearing compression rate of broken gangue filling material was analyzed,and the best fly ash content was obtained.The test results are concluded as follows.Firstly,the cumulative AE events increase with the increase of stress.Secondly,the number of acoustic emission generated in the stress section of 1~8 MPa is high,and the deformation and damage of gangue is serious.After adding fly ash,the bearing compression characteristics of the filling material have been improved to a certain extent.Under the test conditions,the optimum content of fly ash is 30%,the strain under 2 MPa stress is 0.248,and the unit weight is 18.67 kN/m^(3).
