摘要
针对砂石料系统生产工艺流程设计所存在的技术工艺复杂、工艺参数多、流程计算量大等难题,在深入分析砂石料加工特征的基础上,提出了一种基于标准工艺流程的模块化工艺设计方法,设计了一种包含破碎、筛分、流量检测等砂石料生产工艺要素的基础工艺模块。首先利用图形化的基础工艺模块对砂石料生产工艺流程进行描述,并构建砂石料生产的标准工艺流程;然后利用标准工艺流程的可计算性,通过编程实现设备参数及流程量平衡计算,实现了砂石料生产工艺流程的计算机辅助设计。最后利用基于本文理论所开发的砂石料ACAPP原型系统实现了具体砂石料加工系统的工艺设计,验证了所提出的砂石料生产工艺计算机辅助设计方法的有效性。
Aiming at the problems existing in the process design of aggregate production system,such as complex technical process,many process parameters and large amount of process calculation,on the basis of a in-depth analysis on the aggregate processing characteristics,a modular process design method based on standard process flow was proposed,and a basic process module containing the production process elements of aggregate such as crushing,screening and flow detection was designed.Firstly,the graphical basic process module was used to describe the aggregate production process,and a standard process flow of aggregate production was constructed.Then,according to the computability of standard process flow,the balance calculation of equipment parameters and process flow were realized by programming,and the computer aided design for aggregate production process flow was realized.Finally,based on the theory of this paper,the process design of specific aggregate processing system was realized by using the aggregate CAPP prototype system,and the effectiveness of the proposed computer aided design method for aggregate production process was verified.
