摘要
金沙江白鹤滩水电站运行期水厂取水塔工程结构复杂、混凝土浇筑体积大、施工难度高,再加上按精品工程标准要求,混凝土的成型质量要求更高。传统的组合钢模板分层施工因耗时长、质量控制困难、整体性欠佳等多种不利因素,很难实现大体积混凝土的精品工程质量控制。在白鹤滩水电站取水塔工程中设计了新型滑模系统,详细介绍了系统方案设计、实施步骤及过程控制要点。实践表明:采用新型滑模系统解决了大体积曲面混凝土一次成型质量问题,且缩短了施工工期,节约了成本,保证供水系统顺利运行。相关经验可为以后类似工程建设提供经验。
The intake tower project of water plant in Baihetan Hydropower Station on Jinsha River has complex structure,large concrete pouring volume and high construction difficulty.Considering the high-quality engineering standards,the forming quality of concrete is demanding.Due to various adverse factors such as long time consuming,difficult quality control and poor integrity,it is difficult to realize the quality control with traditional combined steel formwork layered construction.In the water plant of Baihetan Hydropower Station,a new slipform system was designed,and the system scheme design,implementation steps and process control points were introduced in detail.The practice showed that the new slipform system solved the once-molding quality problem of mass surface concrete,shortened the construction period,saved the cost,and ensured the smooth operation of the water supply system.Relevant experiences can provide reference for similar construction projects.
