长脉宽1064nm激光联合红蓝光治疗炎症后色素沉着的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究长脉宽1064nm激光联合红蓝光治疗炎症后色素沉着的临床效果。方法前瞻性选择2019年2月至2020年6月山西白求恩医院皮肤性病科门诊收治的79例炎症后色素沉着患者作为研究对象,按交替分组法分为对照组(n=39)与观察组(n=40)。对照组采用红蓝光照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用长脉宽1064nm激光治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗4个月时皮损情况、炎性因子水平[白介素(IL)-6、IL-17、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α],并统计治疗期间不良反应情况。结果治疗4个月时,两组色素沉着程度、面积评分及血清IL-6、IL-17、TNF-α水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率(7.50%)与对照组(5.13%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论长脉宽1064nm激光联合红蓝光治疗可降低炎症后色素沉着患者色素沉着程度及面积,减轻机体炎症反应,未增加不良反应。 Objective To study the clinical effect of long pulse width 1064 nm laser combined with red and blue light in the treatment of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.Methods A total of 79 patients with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation who were admitted to the Department of Dermatology and Venereology of Shanxi Bethune Hospital from February 2019 to June 2020 were prospectively selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(n=39)and the observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with red and blue light irradiation,and the observation group was treated with a long pulse width 1064 nm laser on the basis of the control group.The skin lesions and inflammatory factor levels[interleukin(IL)-6,IL-17,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α]were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 4 months of treatment,and the adverse reactions during treatment were counted.Results After 4 months of treatment,the degree of pigmentation,area score and serum levels of IL-6,IL-17 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(7.50%)was not significantly different from that in the control group(5.13%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Long pulse width 1064 nm laser combined with red and blue light therapy can reduce the degree and area of pigmentation in patients with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation,reduce the body’s inflammatory response,and not increase adverse reactions..
