摘要
针对岩基海床复杂的建设条件,基于福建省某在建海上风电项目现场沉桩资料,通过建立结构计算模型,分析实测沉桩高程偏差以及参数敏感性,研究高桩承台基础沉桩高程偏差对风机基础性能的影响。分析结果表明:桩端高程对摩擦桩基础的桩基承载力和整机频率以及对嵌岩桩基础的桩端裂纹和整机频率有较大影响,而对钢管桩应力、嵌岩桩基础桩基承载力影响较小。在岩基海床区进行高桩承台设计时,应注意沉桩完成后对风机基础整机频率进行复核。
Considering the complex construction conditions of the rocky seabed and the actual pile sinking elevation data of an offshore wind farm under construction in Fujian Province,the structural calculation model is established to analyze the measured pile elevation deviation and the parameter sensitivity,and the influence of pile sinking elevation deviation on the performance of the wind turbine foundation is studied.The analysis results show that the pile tip elevation has a great influence on the pile foundation bearing capacity and the whole wind turbine frequency of friction pile foundation,and the pile tip cracks and the whole wind turbine frequency of rock-socketed pile foundation,while it has a small influence on the stress of steel pipe pile and the pile foundation bearing capacity of rock-socketed pile.In the design of the high-pile cap on rocky seabed,the attention should be paid to the review of the frequency of wind turbine foundation after the pile sinking is completed.
