不同粒径级配的透水混凝土抗压强度分析 被引量:3

摘要 粒径级配和养护龄期对透水混凝土的抗压强度具有重要影响.通过制作2.35~4.75 mm和4.75~9.50 mm两种粒径级配的透水混凝土试样,并养护3、7、14、28 d.采用室内加载实验,分析不同制样方式和粒径级配对透水混凝土抗压强度的影响.结果表明:相比于无振捣方式,经振捣后的透水混凝土抗压强度可提高78%;不同粒径级配的透水混凝土的抗压强度大小差异会随着养护龄期的增加而减少.但是当粒径级配范围为4.75~9.50 mm时制作的混凝土试样具有更高的抗压强度,且养护14 d后其抗压强度便可接近设计强度,有助于缩短养护龄期. Gradation of coarse aggregate and conserving age are important for permeable concrete. By making two kinds of permeable concrete samples with different gradations of coarse aggregate, 2.35-4.75 mm and 4.75-9.50 mm, then curing for 3, 7, 14 and 28 days. Through indoor loading experiments, analyzed the changes of permeable concrete compressive strength under different curing ages, by using different sample preparation methods and particle size gradations. The results show that, compared with the non-vibration method, the compressive strength of the permeable concrete after vibrating can be increased by 78%. The difference in the compressive strength of permeable concrete will decrease as the conserving age increases. In addition, the concrete samples made with the particle size gradation range 4.75-9.50 mm have higher compressive strength,and the compressive strength will be close to the design strength after 14 days of curing, which helps to shorten the conserving age.
