摘要
通过对《偏头痛中医临床实践指南》制订过程的细节梳理,参考中医临床诊疗指南编制通则,从《偏头痛中医临床实践指南》的编制原则,主要制订过程,关键技术的操作方法与依据,以及指南研制过程中发现的问题和对未来的启示4个方面,展示《偏头痛中医临床实践指南》的编制过程。《偏头痛中医临床实践指南》项目起始于2019年6月,严格按照成立项目组、问卷调研、构建并优化临床问题、基于GRADE体系制定检索策略、筛选证据、提取数据、证据合成、证据评价、证据等级评估、撰写评估报告、专家共识形成推荐意见、撰写草案、征求行业内专家意见、指南再完善、指南外审、答辩与发布的指南研制技术路线实施工作并顺利研制完成。
By combing the details of the formulation process of"Guidelines for Clinical Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Migraine"and referring to the general guidelines for the compilation of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper shows the preparation process of"Guidelines for Clinical Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Migraine"from four aspects:the preparation principle of"Guidelines for Clinical Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Migraine",the main formulation process,the operation method and basis of key technologies,and the problems found in the development process and the enlightenment to the future.The project of"Guidelines for Clinical Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Migraine"was launched in June 2019,strictly in accordance with the establishment of the project group,questionnaire survey,construction and optimization of clinical problems,based on GRADE system to develop retrieval strategies,screening evidence,extraction of data,evidence synthesis,evidence evaluation,evidence level assessment,writing assessment reports,expert consensus formation recommendation,writing drafts,soliciting expert opinions in the industry,guide re-improvement,guide external audit,reply and publication of the guideline development technical route implementation work and successfully developed.
