摘要
在中小水电运行过程中,经济运行包括水能损耗最小、联合优化调度、调峰弃水损失电量最小等。水电站能量在转化或转移的过程中,不可避免会产生能量损耗。能量转换的最大化,实质便是实现损耗的最小化。根据中小水电自身的特性,划分相对损耗大小的经济运行区间,将电站机组的负荷控制在经济运行区间运行,实现损耗优化运行;同时通过研究来水规律及汇流特性,根据API模型完善降雨径流预报方案,优化洪水预报调度。此外为最大限度实现中小梯级水电减弃增发,从泄洪优化、水位控制优化、区域电源结构、区域电网负荷特性方面统筹考虑,针对电网汛期迎峰度夏期间负荷大小灵活改变梯级电站调度策略,减少汛期调峰弃水损失电量。
During the operation of small and medium-sized hydropower stations,economic operation includes the smallest water power loss,the smallest loss of power from peak shaving and water abandon.The essence is to minimize the loss.According to the characteristics of small and medium-sized hydropower,the economic operation range of relative loss is divided.The load of the power station unit is controlled in the economic operation range to realize the optimal operation of loss.At the same time,the rainfall runoff prediction scheme is improved according to the API model by studying the inflow law and runoff generation and concentration characteristics,and the flood forecasting and dispatching is optimized.Considering flood discharge optimization,water level control optimization,regional power supply structure and load characteristics of regional power grid,the dispatching strategy of cascade hydropower stations is flexibly changed according to the load during peak summer in flood season,so as to reduce the power loss caused by peak shaving and water abandonment in flood season.
