摘要
基于我国富煤少油的基本国情,发展煤化工产业是国家战略发展的需要,煤制乙二醇技术越来越受到煤化工行业的重视。CO偶联合成草酸酯作为煤制乙二醇的关键步骤,在制备过程中,催化剂载体类型、助催化剂、Pd负载量、催化剂还原温度、CO偶联反应温度、原料气配比、空速、杂质等都直接影响草酸酯的选择性和收率。通过对各个影响因素的研究,发现其变化规律,为科研提供了理论依据,并对工业生产具有重要的指导意义。
Based on China's basic national conditions of rich coal and less oil,the development of coal chemical industry is the need of national strategic development,coal to ethylene glycol technology has beenpaid more and more attention by coal chemical industry.CO coupling to oxalate as a key step of coal to ethylene glycol,in the preparation process,the selectivity and yield of oxalate were directly affected by the type of catalyst support,cocatalyst,Pd loading,catalyst reduction temperature,CO coupling reaction temperature,feed gas ratio,space velocity and impurities.Through the study of various influencing factors,the change law is found,which provides a theoretical basis for scientific research,and has important guiding significance for industrial production.
