内嵌PMI泡沫的CFRP方形蜂窝夹芯动态压缩特性数值仿真

摘要 分析研究了不同应变率条件下内嵌PMI泡沫的碳纤维增强复合材(CFRP)方形蜂窝夹芯的动态压缩特性,讨论了夹芯结构参数对其动态压缩过程中应力应变响应及比能量吸收特性的影响规律,得到夹芯动态压缩强度与压缩应变率之间的关系。仿真结果表明,夹芯在动态压缩条件下应力增强,其应力应变响应特性与准静态压缩不同,夹芯动态压缩强度与应变率和准静态压缩强度间存在定量关系;夹芯高度对动态压缩特性影响不大,但蜂窝栅格间距对夹芯动态压缩特性有显著影响。研究结果能够为内嵌PMI泡沫的CFRP夹芯在抗爆抗冲击夹层结构中的应用提供技术支撑。 The dynamic compressive response of the square carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)honeycomb core with PMI foam fillers were investigated by numerical simulations.The dynamic compressive properties of the core under different stain rates were analyzed.The effects of different geometrical parameters of the core on its stress versus strain response and the specific energy absorption of core under dynamic compression were discussed and the relationship between the dynamic compressive strength and the strain rate was determined.The numerical results show that the stress of the core under dynamic compression was enhanced.The stress versus strain response of the core under dynamic compression was different from that under quasi static compression and the dynamic compressive strength of the core was quantitative related to the strain rate and the quasi static compressive strength.The core height has little effect on the dynamic compressive properties of the core while the space between the honeycomb walls has a notable effect.The research results can provide support for the application of the CFRP honeycomb core with PMI foam fillers in the sandwich structures against blast and impact loading.
