摘要
目的探究慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉采用罗红霉素联合甲泼尼龙片治疗的效果。方法135例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者,随机分成对照组(60例)和试验组(75例)。对照组采用甲泼尼龙片治疗,试验组采用罗红霉素联合甲泼尼龙片治疗。比较两组疗效及治疗前后症状评分、鼻内镜评分、生活质量评分。结果试验组总有效率为97.33%(73/75),高于对照组的88.33%(53/60),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组症状评分均高于本组治疗前,且试验组症状评分(82.06±0.89)分高于对照组的(73.18±1.10)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组鼻内镜评分均低于本组治疗前,且试验组鼻内镜评分(0.53±0.27)分低于对照组的(1.42±0.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组健康调查简表(SF-36)评分均高于本组治疗前,且试验组SF-36评分(82.42±5.71)分高于对照组的(74.19±5.46)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉采用罗红霉素联合甲泼尼龙片治疗效果理想,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of roxithromycin combined with methylprednisolone tablets in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps.Methods A total of 135 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and experimental group(75 cases).The control group was treated with methylprednisolone tablets,and the experimental group was treated with roxithromycin in combination with methylprednisolone tablets.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,nasal endoscopy score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 97.33%(73/75),which was higher than 88.33%(53/60)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were higher than those of this group before treatment,and the symptom scores(82.06±0.89)points of the experimental group was higher than(73.18±1.10)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the nasal endoscopy scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the nasal endoscopy score(0.53±0.27)points of the experimental group was lower than(1.42±0.36)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)scores of the two groups were higher than those of this group before treatment,and the SF-36 score(82.42±5.71)points of the experimental group was higher than(74.19±5.46)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of roxithromycin combined with methylprednisolone tablets in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps is ideal,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
