摘要
目的针对牙体牙髓治疗后分别用金属材质桩与纤维材质桩进行牙体缺损修复的效果进行分析。方法100例牙体缺损修复患者(共100颗患牙),随机分为A组和B组,每组50例(50颗患牙)。A组接受石英纤维桩治疗,B组接受铸造钴铬桩治疗。比较两组不良反应发生情况以及患者满意情况。结果A组患者均未发生根裂、松动脱落以及牙龈颜色变化情况;B组患者发生根裂2例、松动脱落2例、牙龈颜色变化1例。A组不良反应发生率0低于B组的10.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者中有31例非常满意,19例满意,0例不满意,总满意度为100.00%。B组患者中有19例非常满意,14例满意,17例不满意,总满意度为66.00%。A组患者总满意度高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择合适的牙体缺损修复方法能够有效地增强患牙的疗效,确保患牙的各项功能得到很好地恢复,避免不良反应情况发生。石英纤维桩牙体缺损修复治疗具有很高的临床应用价值,值得广泛应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of two types of restoration of dental defects after dental pulp treatment.Methods A total of 100 patients(100 teeth in total)with tooth defect restoration were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 50 cases(50 teeth)in each group.Group A received quartz fiber post treatment,and group B received cast cobalt-chromium post treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In group A,none of the patients had root fissure,loosening and falling off,and gingival color changes;in group B,there were 2 cases of root fissure,2 cases of loosening and falling off,and 1 case of gingival color change.The incidence of adverse reactions 0 in group A was lower than 10.0%in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In group A,31 patients were very satisfied,19 patients were satisfied,and 0 patient were dissatisfied,with a total satisfaction rate of 100.00%.In group B,19 patients were very satisfied,14 patients were satisfied,and 17 patients were dissatisfied,with a total satisfaction rate of 66.00%.The total satisfaction of patients in group A was higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The selection of appropriate tooth defect restoration can effectively enhance the efficacy of the affected teeth,ensure that the functions of the affected teeth are well restored,and avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions.Quartz fiber post has a high clinical value in the treatment of tooth defect,which is worthy of wide application.
