摘要
截至2019年底,我国高速铁路营业总里程已超过3.5万km,高速铁路桥梁以简支梁桥为主,对简支梁进行优化设计,实现简支梁轻型化,不仅可以降低梁部造价,同时可以减小桥梁基础的规模,对减少桥梁整体投资具有重要意义。在印尼雅万高铁简支梁桥设计中,针对其位于高烈度震区的特点,开展了高铁简支梁轻型化研究,并将成果应用于盐通高铁。经过静力和动力设计,最终时速350 km盐通高铁简支梁质量为696 t,比国内现行标准梁轻约100 t,并在盐通高铁梁场进行了工艺试验和静载试验,验证了简支梁各项指标满足规范要求。依托时速350 km盐通高铁简支梁,中国国家铁路集团有限公司发布了行业通用参考图——通桥[2018]2326,并在盐通高铁全线使用,取得了较好的经济效益。
The total operating length of high speed railways in China exceeded 35,000 km as of the end of2019. Simply-supported beam bridges constitute a major type of bridge along high speed railways.Optimized design of simply-supported beams to make them lightweight can not only reduce the construction cost, but also downsize bridge substructures. Considering that Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway(JBHSR) in Indonesia is situated in a high-intensity seismic area, lightweight study was made for simply-supported beams in the design of JBHSR, and the study results were applied to Yancheng-Nantong HSR. The simply-supported beams are 696 t for Yancheng-Nantong HSR with a final design speed of350 km/h through the static and dynamic design, about 100 t lighter than current standard beams of China.In addition, process and static tests were conducted at the girder fabrication yard of Yancheng-Nantong HSR, verifying that all indexes of the simply-supported beams meet the requirements. China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. has issued a general industrial reference drawing-TQ(2018)2326 based on the simplysupported beam design of Yancheng-Nantong HSR with a speed of 350 km/h, which brings good economic benefit through application to the entire Yancheng-Nantong HSR.
