医院发热门诊智慧药房的构建与应用 被引量:18

摘要 目的构建全自动化、智能化的医院发热门诊药房。方法运用思维导图对医院发热门诊药房进行现状分析,并拟订对策,以自助发药机、智能药柜为载体,结合信息互联技术,构建发热门诊智慧药房。比较2020年1月至12月(改进前)与2021年1月11日至3月31日(改进后)医院发热门诊药房的工作情况,评价智慧药房的运行效果,以及在智能化、人力资源节省、降低交叉感染风险方面的优势。结果改进后,发热门诊药房共服务患者1665例,完成自助取药处方1963张,发放药品3434盒,设备平均报错率为0.32%。有效提高了药房的智能化水平,传统面对面发药模式转变为自助式刷卡或扫码取药模式;药师现场核对处方药品转变为自动图像校对,提高了准确性。节省了人力资源,药师现场审方转变为后台审方,药师口头用药交代转变为领取用药单、咨询电话、微信互动等多形式用药指导;改进前,每日需4名窗口值班药师;改进后,无需药师值守。降低了交叉感染的风险,改进前,患者与药师有接触,所有患者均使用同一个操作台面;改进后,患者与药师零接触,完成取药后由仪器对取药槽进行自动消杀。结论发热门诊智慧药房的构建与应用,在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作中发挥了重要作用,可为传统药房向自动化、智能化发展提供参考。 Objective To establish a fully automated and intelligent pharmacy in the hospital fever clinic.Methods The current situation of the fever clinic pharmacy in the hospital was analyzed through mind maps and countermeasures were formulated.A intelligent pharmacy in the fever clinic was established with self-service dispenser and intelligent medicine cabinet as the carriers and combining with information interconnection technology.The work of the pharmacy in the hospital fever clinic from January to December 2020(before the improvement)and from January 11 to March 31,2021(after the improvement)was compared to evaluate the operation effects of the intelligent pharmacy and its advantages in intelligence,saving human resource and reducing the risk of cross-infection.Results After the improvement,a total of 1665 patients were served by the fever clinic pharmacy,1963 self-service prescriptions were completed,3434 boxes of drugs were distributed,and the average error rate of the equipment was 0.32%.The intelligence level of pharmacy was effectively improved.The traditional face-to-face dispensing mode was changed to self-service card swiping or code scanning mode,and pharmacists checking prescription drugs on-site was changed to automatic image proofreading to improve accuracy.The human resource was saved.The pharmacists'on-site prescription audit was changed to the back-end prescription audit,and the pharmacists'oral medication explanation was changed to multiple forms of medication guidance such as receiving medication list,consultation telephone and WeChat public platform interaction.Before improvement,four window pharmacists on duty were required every day.After improvement,there was no need for pharmacists to be on duty.The risk of cross-infection was reduced.Before the improvement,the patients had contact with the pharmacists,and all patients used the same operating table.After the improvement,the patients had zero contact with the pharmacists.After taking the medicine,the medicine-taking tank would be automatically
