摘要
为打破国外对配体生产技术的垄断,中海油开发了具有独特空间效应和电子效应的国产新型双亚磷酸酯配体。以工业混合碳四烯烃为原料,对国产新型双亚磷酸酯配体的氢甲酰化催化性能进行了研究并得到了最优工艺条件:铑质量分数为250μg/g、膦铑摩尔比为3∶1、氢碳体积比为1∶1、反应温度为70℃、反应压力为1.2 MPa、反应时间为1.5 h,在此最优工艺条件下,混合碳四烯烃中1-丁烯和顺反2-丁烯的总转化率平均可达89.1%,戊醛正异比平均可达19.4。
In order to break through the monopoly of foreign technology, CNOOC Ltd.has developed a novel bisphosphite ligand with unique spatial and electronic effects.The performance of the ligand in catalyzing hydroformylation is evaluated with industrial mixed C4 olefins as raw materials, and the optimal process conditions are obtained as follows: the mass concentration of rhodium is 250 ppm, the ratio of phosphine to rhodium is 3∶1,the volumetric ratio of hydrogen to carbon is 1∶1,the reaction temperature is at 70℃,the reaction pressure is 1.2 MPa and the reaction time is 1.5 h.Under the optimal conditions, the average total conversion of 1-butene and cis/trans 2-butene in mixed C4 olefins can reach 89.1%,and the average n/i ratio of pentanal is 19.4.
