气刀对热镀锌锅流场影响的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 气刀喷吹是带钢连续热镀锌生产的重要工序,理解气刀喷吹过程对锌锅内部流场和表面流场规律的影响对提高带钢质量具有重要意义。建立了带钢连续热镀锌过程中气刀喷吹三维流场数学模型及锌锅流场三维数学模型,将气刀喷吹在锌锅表面的压力作为动量源项加载到锌锅流场数学模型的动量方程中,分析气刀喷吹压力及带钢速度对锌锅内部及表面流场的影响,并定义了锌锅表面扒渣指数。结果表明:气刀喷吹主要影响锌锅上层区域流场,对底部流场影响不大;锌锅表面扒渣指数会随气刀喷吹压力增加而增加;在有气刀喷吹时,带钢速度增加会使锌锅表面扒渣指数先增大后减小。 Air knife injection is an important process in the production of continuous hot dip galvanizing.It is of great significance to understand the influence of air knife injection process on the flow field inside and on the surface of the hot-dip galvanizing pot to improve the quality of strip steel.The three-dimensional mathematical models of the flow field and the air knife injection of the hot-dip galvanizing pot in the process of continuous hot dip galvanizing were established,the jet pressure of the air knife was coupled with the mathematical model of the flow field of the hot-dip galvanizing pot in the form of momentum source term,the influence of jet pressure of the air knife and strip speed on the flow field and surface flow field of the zinc pot was described,and the surface slag removal index of the hot-dip galvanizing pot was defined.The results show that the flow field of the upper layer of the hot-dip galvanizing pot is mainly affected by the injection of the air knife,but the flow field of the bottom is not greatly affected.The surface slag removal index on the surface of hot-dip galvanizing pot will increase with the increase of the blowing pressure of air knife.When there is air knife spray,the increase of strip speed will make the surface slag removal index on the surface of hot-dip galvanizing pot increase first and then decrease.
