铝碳耐火材料力学性能优化研究进展 被引量:8

Research progress on optimization of mechanical properties of Al_(2)O_(3)-C refractories

摘要 铝碳耐火材料是冶金连铸、铁水包、中间包等部位常用的耐火材料,因其使用环境恶劣,对强度、抗热震性、抗渣侵蚀性等各项性能的要求都较高。优化铝碳耐火材料的力学性能能降低因机械应力引发的物理损毁和热应力引发的热震损毁,直接影响使用寿命。优化耐火材料的原料是易实现且高效的研究方向。从制备铝碳耐火材料的3种原料出发,分别从催化改性结合剂、添加纳米碳源和使用高效添加剂3个角度介绍了铝碳耐火材料力学性能优化的研究进展。最后对利于铝碳耐火材料工业化生产的研究方向进行了建议和展望。 Al_(2)O_(3)-C refractories are commonly used in metallurgical continuous casting,ladle,and tundish.Because of its harsh environment,it has high requirements on the strength of refractory materials,thermal shock resistance,and slag erosion resistance.Optimizing the mechanical properties of aluminum-carbon refractories can reduce physical damage caused by mechanical stress and thermal shock damage caused by thermal stress,which directly affects the service life.The optimization of raw materials of refractory was an easy and efficient research direction.Starting from the three raw materials for the preparation of Al_(2)O_(3)-C refractories,the current research progress of the optimization of the mechanical properties of Al_(2)O_(3)-C refractories from the perspectives of catalytic modification of binders,addition of nano-carbon sources and using high-efficiency additives were introduced.Finally,the research directions which being favorable for industrial production were suggested and prospected.
