摘要
目的观察稳心调脂汤联合阿托伐他汀对冠心病高脂血症(CHDHL)患者血管内皮的作用机制。方法将我院收治的150例CHDHL患者按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各75例。观察组口服稳心调脂汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗,对照组口服阿托伐他汀治疗,治疗8周后,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后心功能、血脂水平、血管内皮功能。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者心脏指数(CI)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)均升高,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)均下降,且观察组患者CI、LVEF、CO均高于对照组,LVEDD低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组患者高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)均上升,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)均下降,且观察组患者HDL-C高于对照组,LDL-C、TC、TG均低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组患者内皮素-1(ET-1)下降,一氧化氮(NO)升高,且观察组患者ET-1低于对照组,NO高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论稳心调脂汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗CHDHL临床疗效显著,能增强患者心功能,调节血脂代谢和血管内皮功能。
Objective To observe the mechanism of Wenxin Tiaozhi Decoction combined with atorvastatin on vascular endothelium in patients with coronary heart disease hyperlipidemia(CHDHL).Methods A total of 150 CHDHL patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 75 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with Wenxin Tiaozhi Decoction combined with atorvastatin,and control group was treated with atorvastatin.After 8 wceks of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared,cardiac function,blood lipid level,and vascular endothelial function were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);the cardiac index(CI),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and cardiac output(CO)of both groups increased,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)decreased,and the improvement of CI,LVEF,CO,LVEDD of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05);high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low-density lipid protein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),and triglycerides(TG)of both groups decreased,and HDL-C level in observation group was higher than control group,LDL-C,TC and TG levels were lower than group(P<0.05);the endothelin-1(ET-1)of both groups decreased,and the nitric oxide(NO)increased,and ET-1 level in observation group was lower than control group,NO level was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenxin Tiaozhi Decoction combined atorvastatin has a significant clinical effect in treatment of CHDHL,which can enhance the patient’s heart function,regulate blood lipid metabolism and vascular endothelial function.
