摘要
为模拟风力发电机组的变桨过程和故障发生状态,开发了电驱独立变桨距实训平台。该实训平台分为变桨控制系统人机交互操作台和变桨执行台两个单元。通过实时监控软件对平台性能测试和分析,验证了该平台可良好完成运行状态。该实训平台可帮助学员熟悉了解独立变桨距系统的机械组件和电气原理,模拟真实工况下故障发生场景,用于高校教学培训和入职人员资格考核。
In order to simulate the pitch process and fault occurrence status of wind turbine,an electric drive independent variable pitch training platform is developed.The training platform is divided into two units,the man-machine interaction console of the pitch control system and the pitch actuator.Through the real-time monitoring software to test and analyze the performance of the platform,it is verified that the platform can complete the running state well.The training platform can help students get familiar with the mechanical components and electrical principles of the independent pitch system,simulate the fault scenario under real working conditions,and be used for college teaching and training and qualification assessment of entry personnel.
