土壤呼吸CO_(2)浓度在线监测实验系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 为了实现土壤呼吸CO_(2)浓度的实时高精度检测,利用可调谐激光二极管吸收光谱技术,以三路怀特池作为光学传感器,设计了开放式土壤呼吸CO_(2)浓度在线监测实验系统,并配套上位机数据处理软件。在实验室对实验系统进行了测试和标定,测试结果显示:该系统三路传感器检测下限分别为7.45、4.14、4.11μL/L,三路传感器的浓度波动范围均小于1.1%,浓度标定线性度均达到0.998以上。试验结果表明该在线监测实验系统可以精准检测土壤呼吸动态变化规律。 In order to realize real-time and high-precision detection of soil respiration CO_(2)concentration,an open online monitoring experimental system for soil respiration CO_(2)concentration is designed by using tunable laser diode absorption spectroscopy technology and three-way white pool as optical sensor,which is supported by data processing software of upper computer.The system is tested and calibrated in the laboratory.The results show that the lower limit of detection of the three sensors is 7.45,4.14 and 4.11μL/L,respectively,the concentration fluctuation range of the three sensors is less than 1.1%,and the linearity of concentration calibration is above 0.998.The results show that the online monitoring system can accurately detect the dynamic changes of soil respiration.
