高校建设国家重大科技基础设施的思考与实施路径探索 被引量:3

摘要 作为国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,加快推动高校国家重大科技基础设施建设,是新时期高校面临的新使命和新任务。该文从分析高校与国家重大科技基础设施的相互促进关系入手,总结凝练了高校建设国家重大科技基础设施的发展现状和存在问题,结合高校自身特点,提出高校建设国家重大科技基础设施的实施路径和发展建议,对促进高校参与国家重大科技基础设施建设、提高设施建设管理水平具有参考和借鉴意义。 As an important part of the national scientific and technological innovation system, accelerating the construction of major national science and technology infrastructure in colleges and universities is a new mission and task faced by colleges and universities in the new era. Starting with the analysis of the mutual promotion relationship between universities and national major science and technology infrastructure, this paper summarizes the development status and existing problems in building national major science and technology infrastructure in colleges and universities. Combined with the university characteristics, the implementation path and development suggestions for universities to build national major science and technology infrastructure are proposed, which has the reference and significance for promoting universities to participate in the construction of national major science and technology infrastructure and improve the management level of facility construction.
