基于自适应润湿性油水分离网膜的含油废水处理实验设计

摘要 该文设计了一种以聚多巴胺(PDA)和功能化两亲性聚合物共同修饰的自适应润湿性网膜,可通过适应不同的接触环境自发切换膜表面润湿性,实现对多种油水混合液的高效低耗选择性分离。实验结果表明,制备的网膜对于所提供的6种油水混合液均具有优异的选择性分离效果,且分离效率均高于99.99%。该实验有助于学生了解聚合物合成的基本方法及步骤,提高对超浸润界面现象的认识,培养将先进仿生材料应用于水处理的实验及思维能力。 An oil-water separation membrane with adaptable wettability is designed by co-modification with poly dopamine(PDA) and functionalized amphiphilic polymers. The wettability of membrane surface can be automatically switched by adapting to the contact environment, so as to realize the selective separation of various oil-water mixtures with high efficiency and low cost. The results show that the prepared membranes exhibit excellent separation performances towards the six kinds of oil-water mixtures provided, and the separation efficiency is higher than 99.99%. The experiments can help students to understand the basic methods and steps of polymer synthesis, improve their understanding of super-wettability interfacial phenomena, and develop their experimental and thinking skills in applying advanced bio-inspired materials to water treatment.
