摘要
控制电路在上电与掉电的过程中存在暂态过程,此时绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)驱动信号容易失控,若主电路支撑电容已完成充电,会导致主电路短路故障。针对此问题,为防止暂态过程中IGBT的误触发,需要对驱动信号进行控制。简单有效的方法为,在暂态过程中产生一个使能信号,使能信号禁止IGBT驱动信号输出,待控制器稳定以后才使能IGBT驱动信号。此处采用比较器LM393D和芯片SN55452BP设计了一种上电顺序简单、易于实现和可靠性高的保护电路。经过仿真验证与实验测试,保护电路能够有效地抑制控制电路暂态的影响,避免开关误触发等问题。
There is a transient process during the power-on and power-off process of the control circuit.At this time,the insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)drive signal is easily out of control.If the main circuit support capacitor has been charged,it will cause a short circuit fault in the main circuit.In response to this problem,it is necessary to control the drive signal to prevent false triggering of the IGBT in the transient process.The simple and effective method is to generate an enable signal to enable the IGBT drive signal after the controller is stable.The comparator LM393D and the chip SN55452BP are used to design a protection circuit with simple power-on sequence,easy implementation and high reliability.After simulation verification and experimental testing,the protection circuit can effectively suppress the transient influence of the control circuit and avoid problems such as false triggering of the switch.
