摘要
当代建筑工程具有规模大、投资额高、周期长、参与主体多等特点,随着工程进度的推进和工程环境的变化,工程建设的相关事务也会随之发生调整和改变,甚至可能出现工程建设相关任务细节上的较大变化,进而引起工程造价、安全等相关风险。基于此,文章从当代工程合约的普遍性出发,讨论合约管理与成本控制的关系,分析约管理与成本控制思路,提出合约管理与成本控制的优化措施,期望能探索出一条以合约管理促进成本控制之路。
Contemporary construction projects have the characteristics of large scale,high investment,long cycle,and many participants.With the advancement of the project progress and the change of the project environment,the related affairs of the project construction will also be adjusted and changed,and may even be There are major changes in the details of tasks related to engineering construction,which in turn lead to related risks such as engineering cost and safety.Based on this,starting from the universality of contemporary engineering contracts,this article discusses the relationship between contract management and cost control,analyzes the ideas of contract management and cost control,and proposes optimization measures for contract management and cost control.
