摘要
目的基于TCGA数据库探讨Bcl-2结合抗凋亡基因(BAGs)家族在多种肿瘤中的功能作用。方法从TCGA中下载11057个肿瘤样本,由此对BAGs家族(BAG1~6)进行多维分析。结果BAGs家族在肿瘤和正常组织中的表达存在差异,并且不同BAG基因的表达对不同癌症的生存预后的影响差异有统计学意义。结论Bcl-2结合抗凋亡基因可能可作为多种癌症的潜在诊断和预后评估标志物,并可能会为患者术后个体化治疗提供理论支持。
Objective To investigate the functional role of Bcl-2-associated Athanogenes(BAGs)family in multiple tumors based on TCGA database.Methods 11057 tumor samples were downloaded from TCGA,and multidimensional analysis of BAGs family(BAG1-BAG6)was performed.Results There were differences in the expression of Bags family in tumor and paracancerous tissues,and the expression of different BAG genes had a statistically significant effect on the survival prognosis of different cancers.Conclusion Bcl-2-associated Athanogenes may be potential diagnostic and prognostic markers for a variety of cancers,and may provide theoretical support for individualized treatment.
