摘要
为减少人为操作的隐患,对废氯气处理系统进行自动化控制改造,优化树脂塔再生酸水回用自动控制,建立纯水泵互启程序,实现烧碱循环自动化控制等,提升了装置本质安全水平。
In order to reduce the hidden danger of human operation,the automatic control transformation of the waste chlorine treatment system was carried out,the automatic control of the reuse of regenerated acid water in the resin tower was optimized,the mutual start-up procedure of pure water pumps was established,the automatic control of caustic soda circulation was realized,and the intrinsic safety level of the unit was improved.
