介绍将渣浆泵更换为浆液泵的工艺背景。从变更案例人手,全面分析变更管理风险分析中存在问题,给出相对正确的风险分析结果。提出要有效识别和控制变更中潜在的风险,严格管控措施,确保变更带来的风险控制在可接受范围。
The process background of replacing slag pump with slurry pump is introduced.Starting from this change case,this paper comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the risk analysis for change management,and gives relatively correct risk analysis results.It is proposed to effectively identify and control the potential risks in the change,and strictly enforce control measures to ensure that the risks caused by the change are controlled within an acceptable range.
