摘要
目的:分析综合护理对急性淋巴细胞白血病化疗患儿感染发生和治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取2019年2月-2021年6月在泰安市妇幼保健院进行化疗的急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿46例,随机分为观察组和对比组,各23例。观察组给予综合护理,对比组给予常规护理,比较两组患儿治疗依从性、感染发生率、生活质量评分及患儿家长的护理满意度。结果:观察组患儿的治疗依从性明显优于对比组,观察组患儿的感染发生率明显低于对比组,观察组患儿的生活质量评分、患儿家长护理满意度明显高于对比组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理能够显著提升急性淋巴细胞白血病化疗患儿的治疗依从性,降低其感染发生率,提升患儿生活质量及家长的护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing on infection and treatment compliance in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:Forty-six children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who received chemotherapy in Ta’an Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2019 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 23 cases in each group.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing and control group was given routine nursing.The treatment compliance,infection incidence,quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction of the parents of the children were compared between the two groups.Results:In observation group,the treatment compliance was higher than that in control group,the incidence of infection was lower than that in control group,the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction of the parents of the children were higher than that in control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the treatment compliance,reduce the incidence of infection,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction of their parents for children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia treated with chemotherapy.
