摘要
目的:探讨循证护理在脑梗死患者护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年6月如皋市第三人民医院收治的80例脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受循证护理。比较两组患者病情稳定所需时间、住院时间、神经系统功能受损程度、临床效果及护理满意度。结果:试验组病情稳定所需时间、住院天数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组神经系统功能恢复程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组康复率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理能有效缩短脑梗死患者病情稳定所需时间及住院时间,促进患者受损的神经系统功能恢复,全面提升脑梗死患者的康复效果,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing in nursing of cerebral infarction patients.Methods:Eight patients of cerebral infarction who were admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Rugao from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received evidence-based nursing.The time required for disease stabilization,the length of hospitalization,the impairment degree of neurological function,the nursing effect and the nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The time required for disease stabilization and hospitalization days in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The recovery degree of impaired neurological function in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The recovery rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing can effectively shorten the time needed to stabilize the condition of patients with cerebral infarction and the length of hospital stay,promote the recovery of patients’impaired neurological function,comprehensively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with cerebral infarction,and improve nursing satisfaction.
