摘要
目的:探讨安宁疗护模式在老年疾病终末期患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年8月上海市松江区岳阳街道社区卫生服务中心收治的40例老年疾病终末期患者作为研究对象,所有患者采用安宁疗护模式,包括基本生命体征及症状的护理、心理护理、优逝教育以及患者家属哀伤辅导。比较实施安宁疗护模式前后1个月患者以及家属情绪状况、患者日常生活能力、疼痛程度、营养状况、生活质量、满意度。结果:在安宁疗护模式实施1个月以后,患者以及家属情绪得到了有效控制,同时患者的疼痛程度与实施之前相比较,得到了有效缓解,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者营养状况、生活能力、生活质量、满意度与之前相比也有所提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安宁疗护模式在老年疾病终末期患者治疗中的应用效果较为显著,不仅能够使患者及家属的不良情绪得到缓解,而且有利于患者减轻疼痛,均衡营养。
Objective:To explore the application effect of hospice mode in the treatment of senile terminal patients.Methods:Forty elderly patients with terminal disease stage admitted to Community Health Service Center of Yueyang Street of Songjiang District in Shanghai from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the object of the study.All patients were treated with hospice mode,including basic vital signs and symptom care,psychological care,excellent death education and bereavement counseling for patients’families.The emotional status of patients and their families,patient’s daily living ability,pain,nutrition,quality of life and satisfaction were compared one month before and after the implementation of hospice mode.Results:After the implementation of hospice mode for 1 month,the emotions of patients and their families were effectively controlled,and the pain of patients was effectively alleviated compared with that before the implementation,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the patient’s nutrition,living ability,quality of life and satisfaction also improved compared with those before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of hospice mode in the treatment of elderly patients with terminal disease stage is significant,which can not only relieve the adverse emotions of patients and their families,but also benefit patients with pain relief and balanced nutrition.
