摘要
铁路信号集中监测系统对铁路信号进行集中监测的设备,有着保证列车安全行驶、监测信号设备工作状态、及时报告信号设备安全隐患等重要作用。提出了一种应用于铁路信号集中监测系统中的接口通信分机软件设计,通过CAN/modbus通信协议与以太网UDP通信协议相互转换保证站机与信号监测设备之间进行实时无误的数据传输,在很大程度上解决了CAN/RS485总线速率较低的问题;也解决了CAN/RS485总线不能与Internet互联,无法实现远程的信息共享的问题,减小了信号监测设备的维护工作量。目前,提出的接口通信分机软件已应用于多地地铁现场。
The railway signal centralized monitoring system is the equipment for centralized monitoring of railway signals,which has important functions such as ensuring the safe running of trains,monitoring the working status of signal equipment,and reporting the safety hazards of signal equipment in time.a software design for the interface communication is proposed extension used in the railway signal centralized monitoring system,through the conversion of CAN/485 communication protocol and Ethernet UDP communication protocol to ensure real-time error-free data transmission between industrial computer and signal monitoring equipment,to a great extent,it solves the problem of low speed of can/RS485 bus,and also solves the problem that can/RS485 bus can't be interconnected with Internet and can't realize remote information sharing,which reduces the maintenance workload of signal monitoring equipment.At present,the interface communication extension software proposed in this paper has been applied to the subway field in many places.
