摘要
小儿脑瘫是常见的儿童致残性疾病,该病发病早,病程长,致残率高,给患儿及家庭带来痛苦和沉重的负担。目前小儿脑瘫尚无完全治愈的方法,主要以康复治疗为主。康复治疗集中在综合性医院,由于费用高,医疗资源有限,脑瘫的康复治疗普及面小。基于此,本文旨在探讨一种“医院-社区-家庭-学校”一体化脑瘫康复模式,以期提高脑瘫患儿康复的疗效和依从性,促进广大脑瘫患儿达到全面康复,最终回归社会。
Cerebral palsy in children is a common disabling disease in children.It has early onset,long course of disease and high disability rate,which brings pain and heavy burden to children and families.At present,there is no completely cured method for children with cerebral palsy,mainly rehabilitation treatment.Rehabilitation treatment is concentrated in general hospitals,due to high costs,limited medical resources,rehabilitation of cerebral palsy coverage is small.Based on this,this paper aims to explore a'hospital-community-family-school'integrated cerebral palsy rehabilitation model,in order to improve the curative effect and compliance of children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation,promote the majority of children with cerebral palsy to achieve comprehensive rehabilitation,and finally return to society.
