摘要
薄荷为中国常用中药,在日用品、化妆品等方面也被广泛应用。介绍了近年来薄荷中鉴定出42种黄酮类化合物、29种酚酸类化合物、21种氨基酸和10种核苷类成分以及微量元素等非挥发性成分的研究进展,以及其中主要成分的含量分布情况,并简述了应用光谱、色谱、色谱-光谱联用、及一测多评、中药指纹图谱、数据处理结合谱效分析等技术对薄荷中非挥发性化学成分进行质量控制的研究现状,根据非挥发性成分与药理作用的相关性指出将挥发油类、黄酮类、有机酸类等成分作为薄荷质量标志物。提出今后研究应更加关注薄荷中既具专属性,又与药物活性紧密相关的化学成分,同时更应将加强薄荷药材的栽培种植、采收、加工、炮制、储藏规范放在首位,从源头把控质量,为薄荷质量控制研究和用药安全、有效提供思路和保障。
Mentha haplocalyx Briq.is a common traditional Chinese medicine in China.It is also widely used in daily necessities,cosmetics and other aspects.In this paper,the research progress and the content distribution of main components of 42 kinds of flavonoid,29 kinds of phenolic acids,21 kinds of amino acids,10 kinds of nucleosides and micronutrient in Mentha haplocalyx Briq.were introduced.The present situation of the research on the quality control of the non-volatile chemical components in Mentha haplocalyx Briq.was described by using the techniques of spectrum,chromatography,chromatography-spectrometry,multi-evaluation,fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine,data processing and spectral effect analysis,etc.According to the correlation between non-volatile components and pharmacological action,it is pointed out that volatile oils,flavonoids and organic acids act as quality markers of Mentha haplocalyx Briq.It is suggested that in the future research,more attention should be paid to the chemical constituents of Mentha haplocalyx Briq.,which are both specific and closely related to the drug activity.At the same time,more attention should be paid to the cultivation,harvesting,processing,preparing and storage of Mentha haplocalyx Briq.to control its quality from the source,so as to provide ideas and guarantee for the research of Mentha haplocalyx Briq.quality control and the safety and effectiveness of drug use.
