基于机器学习的双椭圆柱绕流场预测

摘要 双椭圆柱绕流是一种典型的钝体绕流现象,本文针对并列双椭圆柱二维绕流问题提出了一种基于机器学习方法的智能预测模型。首先通过本征正交分解(POD)将原始高维流场信息降阶为低维空间内的一组流场特征系数向量,然后采用门控循环单元(GRU)神经网络模型构建当前时刻特征系数与之前若干时刻特征系数之间的时序关系,最后以初始若干时刻的流场特征系数为输入,利用训练获得的模型预测后续时刻的特征系数并重构全阶流场信息。涡量场预测结果表明,本文构建的预测模型能够有效地捕捉双椭圆柱绕流场的周期性规律,能在较长的时间跨度内保持与CFD模拟相当的流场预测精度,且具有更高的预测效率。
