摘要
随着中国城市化进程的不断推进,以特大城市为中心、以一定空间联系为标准划分的都市圈成为我国城市高质量发展和形成国内大循环的重要抓手,也是当前国土空间规划的重要内容之一。为适应新时期国土空间规划编制要求,更加准确地划定都市圈,在系统梳理国内外现有都市圈划定相关研究的基础上,结合大数据等新方法、新理念,运用交通路网、手机信令、企业总部分支、区域投入产出和生态环境等数据,以广州市为例进行试划,进而尝试建立一套面向规划、兼具理论性和实用性的划分方法,为我国其他城市都市圈的划定提供参考。
As China keeps urbanizing,metropolitan district,which is delineated with a megacity as the center and a boudary with some spatial connections,becomes an important spatial unit that Chinese authority needs to consider in the process of Chinese high-quality development and building domestic cycle. It is also a crucial part of Chinese Territorial Spatial Planning. However,since cities have their own developing conditions,their abilities to drive the growth of surrounding cities are different. As a result,there are more than one method to delineate metropolitan district. A reasonable method to delineate the boundary of Chinese metropolitan districts becomes a topic that should be further study and proposed in the time of territorial spatial planning. By collecting and analyzing previous studies,a new method to delineat a metropolitan district is proposed combined with some new concepts and based on transportation,cellular signaling,headquarter-branch,and input-output data. The method is used to delineate Guangzhou’s metropolitan district,which provides a theoretical and practical example for future efforts or studies on this topic.
